Proteomic for atherosclerosis - Bialystok Plus Cohort Studies

The data set used here is a part of the Bialystok PLUS cohort study, where residents of Białystok were randomly selected from the Municipal Office database and invited to participate in the study. Data contains proteomics and atherosclerosis risk factors. The file ‘Atherosclerosis.Rmd’ contains the R code used to analyse the data for the purposes of the publication; the file ‘Atherosclerosis.html’ is an R knit file containing the results.
