This dataset was generated in an in vivo study during which the potential anti-inflammatory effects of tobacco alkaloids were explored in the full human immune system Hu-Mouse model combined with UC mouse model (dextran sulfate sodium, DSS), by exploring disease-specific endpoints.
The colons were analyzed by immunohistochemistry (IHC) to detect T cells (CD4+, CD8+), B cells (CD19+), Macrophages (CD68+), Neutrophils (CD66b+) and proliferating cells (Ki-67+). Cells were counted using the Fiji software.
This dataset includes single measurements.
