ESEM images (TIFF format) from fabrication of substrate micropillars, producing PDMS “positive” micropillar substrate. (“negative” template molds not included) Images named sequentially, by order taken (no significance to numbers) Successful & Unsuccessful, paper documents why they were unsuccessful. Instrument settings metadata on image, not properties. (Scale, kilovolts, others) Shows different fields of view and areas, of those fitting optimal sizes.
