Sequencing data analysis and circRNA analysis of biliary atresia (BA) and choledochal cyst (CC) liver tissues

We obtained a circRNA map of BA liver tissue based on RNA high-throughput sequencing and identified 78 significant DECs. Overall design: We extracted RNA from liver tissues from 3 cases of biliary atresia and 3 cases of choledochal cyst, and compared the differentially expressed circRNAs through high-throughput sequencing. We ensured the accuracy of the sequencing results by filtering the sequencing data.
