Summary of genotype frequencies (%) and total number of clones sequenced from spleen and brain at 10 (616, A4P020), 21 (Pzr1, PBc2), 42 (PLc2, PEe2, PFc2, PLB2), and 48–84 (T4363, 01P006, 389) days postinoculation (p.i.). The frequencies and total number of clones sequenced reflects those as shown in Figure 2B and C.
