D3: Ocean Health and Biodiversity Reference Data (Un-Colocated)

This upload contains the un-colocated versions of the in-situ remote-sensing reflectance and HPLC pigments for ESA Phytodiverse D3 V1. These data were used to create the co-located `algorithm development dataset' for the hyperspectral pigment algorithms. We also include PACE-era in-situ Rrs for future use in satellite product validation. All data in this version are available elsewhere. Data from NASA and PML are both available on NASA SeaBASS (web links in D3) with file metadata describing the data collectors and PIs. Data from Tara TREC is on the HyperBOOST Zenodo page with metadata describing the data collectors and PIs.
