为保证白酒的食用安全性,需要对白酒生产流通环节铅含量进行氧热把控。《食品安全国家标准食品中污染物限量》(GB 2762—2022)中规定,白酒中铅的最高限量值为0.5mg/kg。本数据主要用于监测兰溪县流通领域白酒铅含量指标的情况,通过检测数据,可以判断白酒中铅含量是否符合食品安全生产标准,避免因白酒铅含量超标导致的食品安全问题,为监管部门提供监管依据,进一步保障消费者的食品安全。2.对我市抽检产品的检测值按照如下公式进行计算:X=(C-C0)×V/m/1000,式中:X为试样中待测组分含量,单位为毫克每千克(mg/kg);C为试样消化液中铅含量,单位为纳克每毫升(ng/mL);C0为试样消化液中铅含量,单位为纳克每毫升(ng/mL);V为试样消化液定容体积 ,单位为毫升(mL);m为试样质量 ,单位为克(g);1000为换算系数。可得检查项目铅的含量数据。 将以上检测数据对比国标GB 5009.12-2017 《食品安全国家标准 食品中铅的测定》 第二法 电感耦合等离子体质谱法中标定的数据要求,在限定值内的为合格,超出限定值的为不合格。
To ensure the food safety of Chinese Baijiu, strict control over lead content in the production and circulation links of Baijiu is required. The National Food Safety Standard Limits of Contaminants in Foods (GB 2762—2022) stipulates that the maximum allowable limit of lead in Baijiu is 0.5 mg/kg.
This dataset is mainly used to monitor the lead content of Baijiu products in the circulation field of Lanxi County. Based on the test data, it can be judged whether the lead content in Baijiu meets the food safety production standards, so as to avoid food safety issues caused by excessive lead content in Baijiu, provide regulatory basis for relevant supervision departments, and further protect the food safety of consumers.
2. The test values of the sampled products in our city are calculated using the following formula: X=(C-C₀)×V/m/1000.
In the formula: X refers to the content of the component to be tested in the sample, with the unit of milligrams per kilogram (mg/kg); C refers to the lead content in the sample digestion solution, with the unit of nanograms per milliliter (ng/mL); C₀ refers to the lead content in the sample digestion solution, with the unit of nanograms per milliliter (ng/mL); V refers to the constant volume of the sample digestion solution, with the unit of milliliters (mL); m refers to the mass of the sample, with the unit of grams (g); 1000 is the conversion factor.
The content data of the lead inspection item can be obtained through this calculation. The above test data shall be compared with the data requirements specified in the second method (Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry) of the National Food Safety Standard Determination of Lead in Foods (GB 5009.12-2017). Samples with lead content within the specified limit are qualified, while those exceeding the limit are unqualified.
