DEPRISK Deportation Database

The DEPRISK Deportation Database is part of the research project DEPRISK – Immigration Enforcement across the World: The Drivers and Consequences of Deportation Risk. The DEPRISK project was motivated by the lack of annual, country-level panel data on deportation corridors covering a wide range of country pairs over time. To address this gap, the project aimed to bring different data sources together in one database. The project is hosted at the Institute for Latin American Studies (LAI) of Freie Universität Berlin and was funded by the Fritz Thyssen Foundation from 2022 to 2025.
