Aryl-OPFRs was composed of a phosphate skeleton and aryl-substitutes, including TPhP, TCrP and EHDPP etc. Exposure to aryl-OPFRs in vivo and in environment has been reported. With the increase of consumption, the negative effects of aryl-OPFRs have gradually emerged. Few strains have been reported to degrade aryl-OPFRs and most of these isolates were limited of degradation capacity and single function. A screening study was carried out to find more effective degrading strains. In this research, we report the Sphingobium yanoikuyae YC-XJ2 with excellent degrading ability. The whole genome was sequenced and analyzed systematically.
