Single-cell and spatial omics data from ICB- and chemo-ICB-treated advanced PDAC

The datasets comprise five components: (1) Cell Ranger–processed single-cell gene expression matrices and TCR/BCR data from pre- and post-treatment samples of patients receiving ICB after chemotherapy failure; (2) Cell Ranger–processed single-cell gene expression matrices and TCR/BCR data from pre- and post-treatment samples of patients receiving chemo-ICB; (3) post-treatment CosMX spatial transcriptomic RDS data from chemo-ICB samples; (4) post-treatment Xenium spatial transcriptomic RDS data from chemo-ICB samples; and (5) Cell Ranger–processed single-cell gene expression matrices and TCR data from an orthotopically injected KPC mouse model. These datasets are intended for academic research use only, and commercial use is prohibited.
