Batch118 repairs Volume II sections 57 and 60 from 545dpi Band II source cutouts and updates the cumulative Volume II reader through section 176. Batch118 reports 15 of 112 active repair-ledger rows closed and 97 still open; tier-3 rows are closed, with the next route through Volume II sections 71, 77, 81, 101, 106, and 114 as source availability permits.
