SCA3 closed-loop metabolic intervention: ICARS, reactive oxygen species, functional capacity, and neurofilament light chain dataset

Dataset accompanying a single-subject longitudinal study of closed-loop metabolic intervention in spinocerebellar ataxia type 3. Includes: (1) International Cooperative Ataxia Rating Scale (ICARS) scores at three assessment timepoints; (2) full reactive oxygen species (ROS) panel; (3) functional capacity scale (FCS) evaluations; and (4) serum neurofilament light chain (NfL) measurements by Simoa HD-1 across 14 timepoints, including raw quality control data.
