Circulating microRNA expression profiling of Graves Disease

NGS was performed to detect human miRNAs. We found many upregulated and downregulated miRNAs in GD patients. A total of 1279 dysregulated miRNAs were identified in PBMCs from GD patients and healthy volunteers, of which 487 were upregulated and 792 were Downregulated. Among them, a total of 630 miRNAs, 188 upregulated and 442 downregulated.
