RNA sequencing in primary culture Schwann cells transfected with Scramble/shMed20 siRNA

This study employs RNA sequencing to investigate the transcriptional changes in primary cultured Schwann cells following transfection with Scramble control siRNA and shMed20 siRNA. By comparing gene expression profiles, we aim to elucidate the role of Med20, a component of the Mediator complex, in Schwann cell function and signaling pathways. The findings may provide insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying Schwann cell biology and potential implications for peripheral nerve development, regeneration, or disease.
