Flow preoperational test and simulation analysis of the core makeup water tank dataset
收藏资源简介:
By conducting flow path tests on the core makeup tank (CMT) outlet piping, the flow resistance from the CMT to the direct vessel injection (DVI) piping of the reactor vessel (RV) was measured. Orifice plate adjustments on the injection piping were made based on the actual measured flow resistance, and the final orifice plate size was determined. The results obtained from computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations were compared with the actual measurements, with the maximum deviation between the calculated and measured values being 4.9%. The model was also used to analyze the impact of a single valve failure at the CMT outlet on the pipeline flow resistance. The results showed that the maximum deviation in flow resistance for the A line was 3.8%, and for the B line it was 11.33%.
