资源简介:
In a context of global change, long-term observation of the environment and ecosystems is essential to study their evolution. To characterize the hydrology of the Western English Channel, the Station Biologique de Roscoff (France), Sorbonne Université / CNRS, set up temperature and pressure high-frequency monitoring.  From 2003 to 2023, two temperature and pression high-accuracy sensors, Seabird SBE 39, were placed on the seabed at two fixed stations strongly influenced by coastal waters: close to the pier of Roscoff, Estacade, and close to the buoy Basse Bloscon (Roscoff marina). In this tidal zone water level are between 2.5 to 10 meters and 15 to 22 meters respectively.  The following temperature and pression data were acquired at a frequency of 10 minutes. Additional long-term time-series are also performed by the Station Biologique de Roscoff in the frame of the ILICO Research Infrastructure: - SNO SOMLIT, long-term core parameter monitoring in the Western English Channel:  https://www.somlit.fr/ and data available: https://doi.org/10.17882/96634 - SNO COAST-HF, high frequency hydrological monitoring national network: https://coast-hf.fr - SNO PHYTOBS-Network, microphytoplankton communities monitoring national network at SOMLIT-Astan station: https://www.phytobs.fr/ and data are available: https://doi.org/10.17882/85178 - SNO BENTHOBS, macrozoobenthos communities monitoring national network: https://www.benthobs.fr/ and data are available: https://doi.org/10.17882/94768
