We report the differential ChIP-, RNA- and ATAC-seq results in cultrered cells following MYCi975 treatment. From chromatin immunopercipitated DNA of MYCi975 treated cells we determine MYCi975 selectively alters MYC chromatin binding and target gene expression. In addition, largescale epigenomic changes in MYCi975 treated cells inform of MYC regulated TFs with alterations in expression, chromatin binding and histone H3K27 acetylation. In a time-depedent manner, we examine the effects of MYCi975 treatment on largescale differential TF binding and the epigenomic landscape.
