Will be updated closer to manuscript finalization. Patchseq allows for combined electrical and transcriptomic data to be obtained at single cell resolution. Here we performed patchseq on islet cells from human donors Overall design: Isolated human islets were dispersed to single cells, and whole cell patch clamp electrophysiology was performed. Following, the cell was sent for scRNA-seq (SmartSeq). XXH12 wells were left empty and A3A11 and V2A11 failed to sequence. Since they were empty fastq files, they have not been uploaded based on GEO's recommendations.
