Transcriptome sequencing data of potato DYX and J16 before and after infection with early blight

Through transcriptome sequencing analysis, we compared the differentially expressed genes between different resistant varieties (J16 and DXY), as well as the differentially expressed genes before and after disease onset within the same variety, revealing key genes associated with resistance to early blight in potatoes, thus providing a theoretical basis for potato resistance breeding.
