Eublepharis macularius genome -- MPM_Emac_v1.0

MPM_Emac_v1.0 is the version described in the manuscript.
MPM_Emac_v1.0.1 is the version available on NCBI.

The only diference between the two versions is 120bp of adapter sequence across 3 chromosomes that was removed from v1.0. However, this makes the gff file incompatible beween the two versions.

The other 4 assemblies: trio.asm and hiC.asm are the phased primary assemblies as described in the manuscript.

Also included is the liftoff annotation file for the GenBank version of the genome (GCA_028583425.1_MPM_Emac_v1.0_genomic.gff; they change the scaffold names making other files incompatible) and the mitogenome and annotation (also available on GenBank under accession OQ420358).
