This dataset contains the processed data supporting the analyses reported in the manuscript “Seasonal Reversal of Aquatic Carbon Dynamics Driven by Floating Mats Formation in a Terrestrializing Lake”. The dataset includes water chemistry, dissolved and particulate organic carbon concentrations, stable carbon isotope signatures, C/N ratios, 0–5 cm surface sediment TOC used in the PLS-SEM, and WGS84 coordinates of sampling points. Samples are identified by season, zone, depth layer, and sampling point.
