GeoMx dataset of juvenile dermatomyositis muscle biopsies

This dataset was generated using the NanoString GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiler (DSP) from skeletal muscle biopsies of three treatment-naive juvenile dermatomyositis (JDM) patients and three healthy control samples. The spreadsheet contains: ProbeQC-level count data. Sample and region of interest (ROI) metadata. Probe information.
