资源简介:
In order to analyze the structural characteristics of the mitochondrial genome in Angraecum sesquipedale (DC.) Danser, this study used the second and third generation sequencing data to analyze the mitochondrial genome. The results showed that its genome was composed of 14 circular DNAs, including 38 protein-coding, 30 tRNA, three ribosomal RNA genes, and two pseudo-genes. The sequence length range among Cir1 and Cir14 in the mitochondrial genome were 23,873 bp and 105,231 bp, and the GC contents range from 39.22% to 44.41%, respectively. And 216 SSR repeats, 103 tandem repeats, and 1019 dispersed repeats are discriminated in the mitochondrial genome. The chloroplast and mitochondrial genomes have a total of eight collinear fragments with a total length of 20,609 bp, accounting for 4.63% of the mitochondrial genome sequence. The longest migration fragment is 5169 bp and the shortest fragment is 1310 bp. And 14 genes were completely migrated between the two genomes, and 13 genes that were partially migrated. The results provide a theoretical basis for elucidating the origin and evolution of A. sesquipedale.
