Data from: Potential impacts of sea-level rise on fish communities in coastal lagoons of the Tramandaí river hydrographic system, southern Brazil

Climate changes are predicted to strongly affect aquatic communities, and the consequences in coastal lagoons might be worsened by the tendency of salinization due to sea-level rise. This dataset provides the fish occurrence records, species abundance data, and climate projections used to evaluate potential changes in fish communities under scenarios of increased salinity associated with sea-level rise in a system of 38 interconnected coastal lagoons.
