资源简介:
This study aimed to delineate genes and functional pathways related to canine lymphoma pathogenesis, treatment response, and prognosis through transcriptional profiling. By comparing different lymphoma subtypes, the study aimed to identify genes with potential applicability to the clinical characteristics of T-cell lymphoma (TCL) compared to B-cell type, which is characterized by low treatment response and poor prognosis. Overall design: A total of 20 samples were analyzed in this study, consisting of 13 samples from dogs diagnosed with multicentric lymphoma and 7 samples from dogs without lymphoma, serving as controls. Among the lymphoma samples, three were excluded due to insufficient RNA yield, resulting in 10 lymphoma samples analyzed for transcriptome profiling. The control group provided a reference baseline for differential gene expression and functional analysis. These samples were subjected to consistent RNA extraction, quality assessment, and transcriptome analysis protocols to ensure comparability.
