MultiEYE is a multimodal, multi-class eye disease diagnosis dataset created by institutions including the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. It contains 58,036 fundus photographs and 45,923 OCT B-scan images. Trained using unpaired image data, this dataset aims to enhance the disease recognition capability of fundus images by leveraging OCT images. The creation of the MultiEYE dataset combines large-scale image acquisition and multimodal data processing technologies, with the goals of addressing the scarcity of multimodal clinical data and improving the accuracy and interpretability of eye disease diagnosis. The MultiEYE dataset is mainly applied in the diagnosis and research of ophthalmic diseases, and is of great significance particularly for the classification and recognition of retinal diseases.
