Chromosome_MP

Nexus files of 23 chromosome characters used to perform maximum parsimony phylogenetic analysis of Alcelaphini. The data matrix was established by assigning 0 or 1 values for the absence or presence of characters. MP trees were generated using a heuristic search option and phylogenetic support for each node was assessed using 1000 bootstrap replicates.用于开展狷羚族（Alcelaphini）最大简约法系统发育分析的23个染色体性状Nexus格式文件（Nexus files）。本研究所用数据矩阵通过为各性状的存在与缺失分别赋予0或1的数值构建而成。研究采用启发式搜索策略生成最大简约树，并通过1000次自举重复（bootstrap replicates）对各节点的系统发育支持度进行评估。
