Strain NF87-2 as a new strain of Lysobacter capsici that possesses significant antagonistic activities against phytopathogenic fungi and bacteria, including both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. Our study could also provide a new source for a biocontrol agent and a solid basis for understanding the antagonistic mechanism of strain NF87-2.
