Mutant p53 dysregulates gene transcription in hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells [RNA-seq 1]

We found that p53 mutant hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells are resistant to iL-1ϐ treatment through altering inflammatory response. To determine the mechanism by which mutant p53 HSPCs are resistant to IL-1β, we performed RNA-seq in wild type and mutant p53 LSKs treated with 10 ng/ml of IL-1β or PBS in vitro.
