Green Surfing vector maps

Overview

Sequences were prepared in SNAPGENE and are the sequences used in the manuscript referenced below. 

Files info:

Each construct has 3 correlated files. The .gb is the genbank format. The .dna is the SNAPGENE native format and the vector map is saved in a .png file. 

Construct

pJPZ12: construct for expression of mVenus in the cytosol;

pJPZ11: construct for expression and secretion of mVenus;

pJPZ11_MAW8: construct with a truncated version of MAW8 that contained the GPI anchor signal;

pJPZ11_HAP2: construct with a truncated version of HAP2 that contained the transmembrane domain;

pJPZ11_GP1: construct with the mature hydroxyproline-rich GP1 protein.

pJPZ11_GP1mCherry: construct with the mature hydroxyproline-rich GP1 protein and a mCherry fused to C-terminal.
