Analysis of gene expression changes in human K562 cells depleted of hCTCFL There are 6 samples. 3 control K562 cells biological replicas and 3 K562 depleted of CTCFL by siRNA biological replicas. K562 cells were transfected with siRNAs targeting hCTCFL or contro siRNAs. Three biological replicates of each condition were collected and RNA was extracted. Microarray samples were prepared following the manufacturers instructions (Affymetrix) using 200ng of total RNA. Microarry samples were hybridized to Affymetrix GeneChip Human Gene 1.0 ST Arrays
