At the front of each volume there is a note that "Conditional purchases - Cassilis now Mudgee". It appears that the conditional purchases were given Mudgee numbers when transferred and that these registers are copies made in the Crown Land Agent's Office, Mudgee. The old Cassilis conditional purchase number is indicated beneath the new Mudgee number. ( 7/7804-08). 5 vols.
