The dataset contains survey responses from 850 regular exercisers aged 18 years or older who were recruited from municipal social and sports complexes in Türkiye. It includes socio-demographic variables, exercise behavior measures, weekly exercise duration, and responses to the Exercise Dependence Scale-21, Short UPPS-P Impulsive Behavior Scale, and Short Beck Depression Inventory. The data were used to examine whether impulsivity, depression symptom severity, and exercise duration were associated with strict exercise dependence.
