Extracting Reproducible Components from Electroencephalographic Responses to Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation with Group Task-Related Component Analysis

Dataset used in the study Couto et al., "Extracting Reproducible Components from Electroencephalographic Responses to Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation with Group Task-Related Component Analysis", Imaging Neuroscience (2025), https://doi.org/10.1162/IMAG.a.1085 The files Dataset_Milan.zip and Dataset_Aalborg.zip contain the anonymized, preprocessed TMS-evoked potentials for each individual from the Milan and Aalborg datasets, respectively. The data are stored in the .fif format used by MNE-Python (epochs structure). Please refer to the script callgtrca.py (available at: https://github.com/Boutoo/gTRCA) for instructions on how to load the files, fit the GTRCA model, and visualize the extracted components.
