Col-0_swap1-2 Mock_NaCl

This dataset contains RNA-seq data and associated metadata for Arabidopsis thaliana Col-0 and swap1-2 plants under mock and NaCl treatment conditions. The experiment includes four sample groups: Col-0 Mock, Col-0 NaCl, swap1-2 Mock, and swap1-2 NaCl, with three biological replicates per group. The dataset was generated to investigate transcriptomic responses associated with NaCl stress and the effect of the swap1-2 mutation. The uploaded files include sequencing-related data and/or processed metadata for the above samples. Sample information includes genotype, treatment condition, biological replicate, organism, and experimental design. These data can be used for gene expression analysis, differential expression analysis, and related transcriptomic studies in Arabidopsis. version 2 add new MS data and enriched DAS table
