NONCODE is a comprehensive knowledge database dedicated to non-coding RNAs (particularly long non-coding RNAs), with its current version being v6.0. It collects information on various non-coding RNAs excluding transfer RNAs (tRNAs) and ribosomal RNAs (rRNAs), including data such as gene aliases, genomic locations, sequences, expression profiles, orthologs, functions, disease associations and RNA structures. It also provides multiple functions including browsing, searching, statistics, BLAST, disease association analysis and genomic localization.
