Testing for trematode prevalence in equids associated with management and evironmental practices

This dataset consists of detection of trematode infection in equids by comparing two different faecal testing techniques. Owner completed questionnaires were used to determine environmental and management practices which led to increased risk of infection and presence of clinical disease (recurrent colic/weightloss/diarrhoea) at the time of testing.
