Quarterly evolution of train-kilometres

Statistical data related to the railway traffic on Infrabel's network, the train-kilometers are given by the product between the distance travelled in kilometers, and the number of trips. Those data are currently used by different bodies in order to analyze the railway traffic's evolution. This dataset comprises the train-kilometers Effective: train-kilometres that are planned by Infrabel and used by the the applicants.Not-effective: train-kilometres that are planned by Infrabel but left unused by the applicants.
