This series consist of a single volume detailing the minutes of monthly meetings of the Queen Victoria Sanatorium Thirlmere Board of Directors.Both typed and handwritten minutes are contained within the volumes. The minutes list those present, the date and location of the meeting and any apologies from those not in attendance. Regularly included in the minutes are a report of the visiting medical officer, an administrative report from the Matron, a listing of monthly requisitions, letters/ correspondence received are outlined and the daily average of beds occupied over the month is given.
