The CATI survey was conducted on a representative, nationwide sample of adult (18+) Poles in 2021-2023 (1st wave was conducted in November 2021 and 2nd wave in April 2023) . The survey questionnaire covered the following issues: assessment of individual well-being before and during the pandemic; assessment of public policies towards the pandemic; selected dimensions of the respondents' situation on the labour market; an index of the vision of a well-managed economy; an index of organisational and social working conditions; selected assessments of the quality of work; experiences and expectations towards remote working; socio-demographic variables ('metrics')
