Revealing the Maramara Sea mucilage microbiome using shotgun metagenome sequencing and investigating the keystone organisms in microbiome network

The aim was to first identify water and mucilage samples collected from different stations in the Marmara Sea at the metagenome level using next-generation sequencing and data science technologies, and then to investigate the microbial factors that trigger mucilage through ecological association analyses.
