Effect of Hirudin,Curcumin or Buyang Huanwu Formulas Exposure on Gene Expression of UUO rats

We performed RNA-Seq analysis to investigate the gene expression patterns in the kidneys of rats with unilateral ureteral obstruction (UUO) treated with hirudin, curcumin or Buyang Huanwu Formula(BHF).本研究开展了RNA测序（RNA-Seq）分析，以探究经水蛭素、姜黄素或补阳还五汤（Buyang Huanwu Formula, BHF）处理的单侧输尿管梗阻（UUO）模型大鼠肾脏组织的基因表达模式。
