本公开提供一种金刚石及其制造方法、应用、太赫兹源，制造金刚石的方法包括：对原料金刚石进行热处理，其中，所述热处理的温度K满足1300℃≤K≤3000℃，以使得原料金刚石的位错缺陷变少或残余应力降低。
This disclosure provides a diamond, its manufacturing method, application, and terahertz source. The method for manufacturing a diamond includes: heat-treating the raw diamond, where the temperature K of the heat treatment satisfies 1300℃ ≤ K ≤ 3000℃, so as to reduce the dislocation defects or residual stress of the raw diamond.
