Reproducibility package for: Major adverse cardiovascular and venous thromboembolic events with Janus kinase inhibitors versus tumour necrosis factor inhibitors in rheumatoid arthritis: a systematic review and meta-analysis of comparative studies

This repository contains the reproducibility package for a systematic review and meta-analysis comparing Janus kinase inhibitors with tumour necrosis factor inhibitors in rheumatoid arthritis.The package includes the reproducible PubMed update strategy, search audit trail, update-stage screening and full-text exclusion log, study-level extraction sheet, overlap adjudication files, risk-of-bias assessments, analysis-ready datasets for the pooled analyses of major adverse cardiovascular events and venous thromboembolism, statistical code, and generated outputs.The final observational-only MACE sensitivity analysis uses a locked non-overlapping four-study set and excludes Meissner et al., 2023 from quantitative pooling.
