Recovery tank water chemistry data from Gulf of Mexico Mahi-Mahi tagging aboard the R/V Walton Smith cruise WS17177 from 2017-06-26 to 2017-06-28

This dataset is derived from a research cruise WS17177 on board the R/V Walton Smith cruise from 2017-06-26 to 2017-06-28 in the Florida Straits as part of a mission to satellite tag adult control and oil exposed Mahi-Mahi (Coryphaena hippurus) and characterize the habitat where they were captured. Two identical 5,000L recovery tanks were used to hold Mahi-Mahi in control seawater for up to 16 hours. The dataset includes water quality parameters (temperature, salinity, dissolved oxygen, pH, ammonia, and PAHs) measured from onboard recovery/incubation tanks.
