THE HISTORICAL ENVIRONMENT AND THE FORMATION OF THE WORLDVIEW OF THE CREATIVE INDIVIDUAL IN THE LYRICS OF ABDULLA ORIPOV

This article analyzes the works of the prominent Uzbek poet Abdulla Oripov within the context of time and place. It examines how the poet's personal destiny, upbringing, and family environment influenced the formation of his poetic style. Oripov's literary legacy is conventionally divided into two historical periods—the Soviet era and the period of Uzbekistan's independence. However, the article primarily focuses on the poems written during the Soviet period (from the 1960s to 1991). Particular attention is paid to comparing the poet's early, simple, and sincere nature-themed poems with his later works, which were shaped under the influence of the ideological framework of the Soviet era. In addition, the article explores the contradictory ideas reflected in Abdulla Oripov's poetry, particularly through an analysis of the poem "Stones of Reproach" (Malomat toshlari), from the perspective of the poet's spiritual, philosophical, and metaphysical quest.
