The contribution of Arpc5 dependent immunity to the host-microbiota homeostasis

I collected faecal samples from mutants of Arpc5 in the murine hematopoietic system to investigate potential alterations in the intestinal microbiota driven by the mutation in the immune system. I also collected samples from mice in the Rag background (both controls and Arpc5 KO).
