A comprehensive dataset was constructed by integrating multi-source environmental observations and drought indicators from multiple hydroclimatic dimensions, including precipitation, temperature, evapotranspiration, soil moisture, vegetation, and geographic information. In total, 47 features were generated and organized into the feature cube, consisting of 9 weekly-scale indicators, 34 monthly-scale indicators, and 4 auxiliary environmental variables. all feature cubes were padded and standardized to a spatial size of 512 × 512 pixels.
