Synergestic complementarity between Bmel-1 and Bmel-2 genes in the head transcriptome of Bombyx mori

There are three head samples used in this study. They are from three silkworm strains, Nistari, Bmel-1- and Bmel-2- mutants respectively. Nistari is the control. Bmel-1- and Bmel-2- are mutants, which have the gene Bmel-1 and Bmel-2 mutation, respectively. Each sample has three biological replicates, for example, N1, N2, N3, Bmel-1-1, Bmel-1-2, Bmel-1-3, Bmel-2-1, Bmel-2-2, Bmel-2-3.
