资源简介:
Euphorbia jolkinii, a medicinal herb that grow in the warm beaches in Japan and South Korea, is known to be used for traditional medicines have a variety of effects, including for bruise, tightness, indigestion, toothache, diabetes. There have been studies reporting a lot of terpenoids and other secondary metabolites that has antibacterial and antiviral function in this herb. We performed whole transcriptome analysis using illumina HiSeq2000 in E jolkinii. The transcriptome of E jolkinii generated 139,215 assembled transcripts with an average length of 868bp and a N50 value of 1460bp, further clustered using CD-HIT into 93,801 unigenes with an average length of 847bp (N50 - 1410bp). Assembled sequences of transcriptome in this study are made available, for the first time, which provides useful information for functional genomic analysis moreover identification of key enzymes involved in the various pathways of secondary metabolism.
